PRACTICE ADVANCED POSES WITH PURPOSE: FOCUS your efforts on exploring a new pose or theme with every episode of this 25-minute class. Practice arm balances, backbends, inversions, deep twists or folds, strength, technique and so much more in an efficient class format that can be done alone or stacked on top of FLUID.
Practice FOCUSED one time per week, as needed, in alignment with your selected training plan or revisit your favorite episodes as often as you'd like to master a particular pose or skill.
Duration: 25 Minutes (approximately)
What You Need: Yoga Mat, Blocks/Straps (occasionally), open wall space (occasionally)
Add a little handstand practice to your yoga FLO.
Jumping into Marichyasana A & B.
FLO upside down into headstand.
FLO in and out of crow and side crow.
FLO from one backbend to the next!
Bind, Bind, and Bind!
Focus on deep core strength while you practice lifting up.
Dig into hamstring strength and pliability.
Bind and and twist in half moon.
Tune into your outer hip and thigh strength.
8-Limbed Pose coming right up (Astavakrasana)!
Flow Into Crow (Bakasana)!
Twist in Half Moon Pose (Parvritta Ardha Chandrasana)
Create mobility in your back with Camel Pose (Ustrasana).
Relax into Reclined Hero Pose.
