If you saw my email this morning, you know this week is all about resting up, hitting that consistent bedtime, and making sure you're giving yourself enough recovery time to be on top of your game throughout the week! A good way to give yourself a little extra breathing room (pun most definitely intended) is with MELLOW and STILL, the two softer sides of FLOFICIENT. Sub those in this week wherever you see fit so you can rest and recharge. :)
