My challenge to you this week is to go a full five days without multi-tasking! Yes, you read that correctly. No multi-tasking! Why? As powerful as the human brain might be, it isn’t wired to do two conscious things in tandem. Instead, it has to toggle back and forth from one task to the next. This keeps most of our thoughts at surface level, hijacks our most important cognitive resources, and contributes to stress. Yuck! This week, try unlocking your brain’s full potential by doing one thing at a time (aka single-tasking)!
