It's leg day! Did I mention it's my favorite day?! Let's dig into those powerful quads, glutes, and hamstrings with a few squats and lunges.
What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

Ahh....back to the mat with yoga today! We'll keep the heat cranked up on this one as we flow through some cardio-inducing sun salutations.
